“What’s up, Ryder?” he asks as he steps away. Ryder must be doing all the talking as Sebastian doesn’t say a word other than a muffled “uh huh” every few seconds. But it’s the last one that has his face lighting up with a grin that stretches from ear to ear.

“See you soon,” he says into the phone, then slides it into his back pocket, stepping closer to me as he lifts his hands placing them on each side of my face. “Our girl wants to see us tonight. Told you she just needed a little time to process,” he finishes then leans into me, running his nose up my neck, before blowing his hot breath onto my ear, sending shivers up my body. “I love how reactive you are to me. But we need to get everything ready for our girl and just maybe, we can spend some time cuddling her tonight.”

“Tease,” I cheekily tell him as I let my hand reach down, groping his rock hard manhood through his jeans.

He moans deep from his soul and my cock jumps in excitement. “Babe, as much as I want to throw you over the table and fuck you senseless we need to get the room ready for Shay. Ryder said they should be here this afternoon and we have a shit ton to do before we’re ready for her.”

I give a grunt of disapproval before relenting and releasing my grasp. “When does Ryder want to tell her about what we are?” I ask curiously, fearing getting her back only to lose her again when we drop that bombshell on her.

“He hasn’t mentioned it yet. I know Maverick’s deadline to tell her is coming to an end. He’s not going to be content sitting on the sidelines much longer. As much as I can’t stand him, I would be the same way if I was in his position.”

“Do you think there’s a chance she will choose him over us? He’s Chelle’s father and it would be easier for her. Do you think she feels the mate bond like we do?” I question him. Just the thought of losing her makes me want to hurl.

“I think we need to stop thinking,” he says with a laugh. “All we can do is tell her and hope she will accept what we are and hopefully then we can find out what the warlock knows but isn’t sharing.”

“You’re right, guess that's why you’re the hot teacher and I’m not. Let’s get our girl’s room ready and then later we can order some of her and Chelle’s favorite foods for dinner. Have ourselves a smorgasbord.” I plant a kiss on his cheek before I push past him and head to the room we’re fixing up for Shay.
